bkluck operates an online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://bkluck.app. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with the bkluck platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, game play, disputes, and account closure. bkluck reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bkluck may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

2. Account Management

You may hold only one active bkluck account at any given time. It is your sole responsibility to keep your login credentials secure and confidential. bkluck accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

bkluck reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any regulatory obligation requiring such action. Where an account is closed by bkluck for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bkluck support. Self-exclusion requests are processed as described in our Responsible Gaming policy and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

bkluck accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, bank transfer from supported Bangladeshi banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, as well as cryptocurrency transfers including USDT (TRC-20 and BEP-20 networks) and Bitcoin. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 or its cryptocurrency equivalent. Deposits are credited to your bkluck account balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed identity verification (KYC) for withdrawals exceeding ৳5,000 or its cryptocurrency equivalent.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless you have made a verified cryptocurrency deposit, in which case you may withdraw to any supported wallet address registered to your account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 or its cryptocurrency equivalent.
• bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 12 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• bkluck does not charge withdrawal fees. Any network fees associated with cryptocurrency withdrawals are deducted from the withdrawal amount at the applicable blockchain rate at the time of processing.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the specific bonus received.

bkluck reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other violation of these Terms, pending the outcome of any investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bkluck offers bonuses and promotions from time to time at its sole discretion. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotional offer, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

The following conduct in relation to bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as potential account suspension:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim more than one welcome bonus.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms through matched or hedged betting strategies.
• Providing false or incomplete information during registration in order to qualify for a promotional offer.
• Claiming a promotional offer after having previously self-excluded or been excluded by bkluck.

bkluck reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited and are subject to an active wagering period will not be withdrawn except in cases of confirmed Terms breach.

5. Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the bkluck platform are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round or betting market, bkluck reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect payout or an error odds calculation in a sports betting market, bkluck reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and return the stake to the player's account balance.

For sports betting markets, all bets are settled in accordance with bkluck's published sports betting rules. In-play bets placed after the outcome of a market has been determined — whether due to a delay in data feed or any other reason — will be voided. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed within the platform at the time of placing a bet.

Participation in any game or betting market on the bkluck platform is entirely at your own risk. Past results do not indicate or guarantee future outcomes. Gambling involves real financial risk and you should only ever wager amounts you can afford to lose.

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and full disclosure to bkluck.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bkluck's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. bkluck's internal complaints procedure requires you to submit a written complaint to [email protected] in the first instance. bkluck will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bkluck reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material amendments are made, bkluck will notify registered members by posting a notice on the platform. The amended Terms take effect from the date of publication. Your continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms communicated to you in writing, constitute the entire agreement between you and bkluck with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties.
